Combining classic design with premium leather and cutting-edge technologies, the ECCO METROPOLE AMSTERDAM - Jodhpur-style riding boots bring you our signature comfort in a timeless silhouette. Features a refined strap and buckle detail, convenient side zip, and a 1 inch rubber-tread heel for an easy lift. To up the practicality of these boots, we added ECCO Waterproof and ECCO FLUIDFORM seamless bond between the upper and outsole for lightweight, flexible movement for all-day walkability. At ECCO, SUSTAINABILITY is at the core of everything we create, design, hold dear, and champion. Shipping Policy:
We ship worldwide and try our best to deliver all orders on time. Item will ship 1-3 days after placing your order. Tracking will be sent when item ships. Item should be arrive within 8-12 days.
The following destinations will be charged for shipping fee: South Africa, Russia, and Central America, Netherlands.
In rare situations, due to the nature of the “replica” business, items may take as long as 15 business days to arrive.
You will be notified if an item is back ordered or you may email or call us to check on stock for a certain item.
If we do not have an item you wish please contact us so that we can check availability since we have many more items not listed on website.
Return & Exchange Policy:

Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation
Order Cancellation
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily.
You should submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
- Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
- Drop off you package at the local post office.
- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
Return Conditions
- You have 30days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30days of receipt.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear, Final-sale items and Lingerie.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Refunds
If you need to return the items, the shipping fee you paid when placing an order are non-refundable.We will only return the cost of clothes.
Note:We will deduct the corresponding shipping costs of free-shipping orders when receiving the returned package.
